Know the limits
- Workbooks must fit within a save limit of approximately 700 KB. Large imports can exceed this even if they open successfully.
- CSV and TSV imports allow up to 5,000 rows and 200 columns. XLSX import keeps up to 20 sheets, with up to 5,000 rows and 200 columns per sheet.
- XLSX import carries cell values and formulas; full Excel formatting and feature compatibility are not promised. Keep your original file.

Read the free plan and storage details You choose what to share. Approve an expiring view link in Drafts, exports & sharing. Live co-editing is unavailable. Files and saved versions share your 50 MiB allowance.
